This group deals with the bricks and mortar of all the church buildings in the parish, and grounds maintenance. The letting of contracts for building works and for various utilities, and for ensuring that the ‘quinquennial report’ that is required an all the buildings is updated every 5 years.
It is also responsible for the management of the church halls, the cleaning of the premises, counting and reporting on collections to the accountant.
Finally, the 2 members who deal with Gift Aid Donations also belong to this team, and are part of the Parish Finance Team.
